This beautiful sunflower field was the perfect setting to showcase this festival inspired look. When Jacqueline of Pink Champagne Photography and I pulled up, I was in awe. Walking up and down the rows made me feel like a kid again.

Times have changed a little- while a couple years ago I spent every spare moment at music festivals, now I make it to a few with many weekends dedicated to the events of growing up.  Festival style, however, is something I can ALWAYS get behind!

I absolutely love these fun pants I bought last year at one of my favourite Toronto boutiques The Store on Queen. Not only are they perfect for a festival look with a simple bodysuit, but are great for the beach, a day in the park (so Trinity Bellwoods) or anywhere you want to be casual but also super cute. My necklace was a gift from my sister some time ago, from a company called Half United– a non profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger worldwide. They use repurposed bullet casings to create these uniquely designed necklaces with partial proceeds going to their many initiatives. I can always get behind fashion for a good cause.
